The student will receive their login information on the day the course begins. Class size is limited to the first 50 students. Course Information:This course is for the 75-hour classroom version only\n\nStudent must be 18 years of age or older to take this course\n\nStudents will have 100 days from the 1st day of the class to complete the course\n\nThe student's supervisor will receive a course invite and have the ability to monitor/check student's progress. If this invite is not accepted the supervisor will not be informed of student progress. \n\nTMU/Headmaster Test Preparation is included in this course.\n\nThis course is designed to instruct the student in nursing procedures to be performed under the supervision of a licensed nurse. It prepares the student for employment in a long-term care facility/hospital/hospice and home health agency\n\nCourse Requirements:When registering to take the course\, student must provide the following:Legal first and last name (as on your driver's license or Missouri State ID)Must provide Supervisor's name and contact information. Supervisor may be your facility \n administrator\, director of nursing\, or your educator.Must provide a unique personal email for each student (i.e. if a supervisor is registering more than \n 1 student\, each student must have a unique email address).Must upload a copy of driver's license to confirm that the student is or will be 18 years of age or \n older on the 1st day of this course (underage students will not be accepted\, no exceptions).Must have access to the internet and a computer for downloading the course book\nRegistration Fees:MHCA Members - $700 per person (includes textbook fee) (student must be employed by a member \n facility)Non-Members - $1\,400 per person (includes textbook fee) Registration and payment must be received by close of business on Friday the week before the course begins. Registrations after this date will automatically be moved to the next month start date. Company checks or money orders should be made payable to MHCA. We do not accept personal checks.
